CÉDRIC GROLET

The creation of the site of Cédric Grolet, great French pastry chef, is a professional project that I realized in June 2018. This is a dynamic site with the objective of promoting the activity of Cédric Grolet, who is a pastry chef-chocolatier-glacier, and to discover to the public his creations.

He was awarded Best Pastry Chef of the Year 2015 by Le Chef magazine and was voted Best Pastry Chef of the World in 2018!

Cédric Grolet puts everyone in agreement with his specialty: carved fruit. His creations often look like fruit - such as tempting peach or mesmerizing strawberry (my favorite). The skin of the fruit, perfectly reproduced is actually a chocolate shell, the heart is made of a mousse and a stewed fruit with strawberry. "The idea is to remove the cookies, the eggs, the taste that is useless and centralize the taste of the fruit."

In this project, I realized the layout and visual identity of the entire Cédric Grolet website.
